Health Watch: 5 Habits to Avoid



Health is one of the essential factors in our lives so let's learn to avoid the risks. I admit, two of the following habits are the things I often do. 

1. Skipping breakfast - our body must receive a good source of energy for a whole day of vigorous activities.

2. Frequent tanning under the sun - exposure to the sun and avoiding sunscreen increases the chance to get skin damage.

3. Smoking - do I have to state the obvious reasons?

4. Avoiding the doctor - a yearly checkup helps detect problems and prevent the possibility of having a severe health condition.

5. Insufficient sleep - sleep deprivation causes depression, weight gain, heart diseases, and accidents due to decreased mental alertness.
